  Car seats and porta cot were in new condition. Customer service was amazing. Would highly recommend oz baby hire. So much more convenient than trying to transport car seats, prams etc on a plane.

  I have had bad experiences with franchise businesses who hire baby equipment, when I booked a hire car at cairns airport I asked if they could recommend a company to deal with for baby equipment hire items. They recommended Lisa from oz baby hire. I then asked the accommodation venue if they could recommend a company for baby equipment hire and they recommended Lisa from oz baby hire. I still did my research and called a few companies, but Lisa was by far the most professional and nicest person to deal with and the prices were cheaper than I expected! I was not disappointed with the recommendations, everything by far met and exceeded my expectations and was in excellent quality and cleanliness and appeared to be new. Not only did oz baby hire deliver my items to me accommodation but everything was set up ready and waiting for our arrival in our room! What an amazing service, I didn't need to do a thing! These guys are the ones to call when you want a stress free and hassle free holiday! Well done oz baby hire for allowing us more time to enjoy our holiday! Well recommended!!

  Great customer service.. Had a problem where the double pram didn't fit our car.. These guys came to our hotel and brought us a different double pram with zero hassle.. Would use these guys and highly recommend them.
